• Public Comment form must be completed and turned in to the City Clerk before the Public Comment period is called.
• Public Testimony form must be completed and turned in to the City Clerk before the agenda item the person wishes to address is called.
• A Public Comment period will allow members of the public to speak on non-agenda topics.
• A Public Testimony period will allow members of the public to speak on agenda topics prior to any vote on the matter up for consideration.
• The presiding officer shall routinely provide three (3) minutes per speaker, but may provide no less than one (1) minute and no more than five (5) minutes.
